Unfortunately, we are not able to provide gift messaging at this time. In the Paypal checkout you will notice a link to add a gift message, yet it does not work. This is a Paypal glitch that we (& many others) have requested be removed to omit confusion. Rest assured, packing slips always include the purchaser/sender's name. Thank you for understanding.

A: While we've made all professional efforts to accurately display the gorgeous colors of our journals on this site, we obviously cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor.
Q: What about shipping & handling?
A: We offer $8.95 flat rate ground shipping in the Continental USA either by UPS or USPS, depending on your location and availability of delivery. You can anticipate package delivery within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is optional at checkout for extra fees. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Most orders placed before 3:00pm CST ship the following business day. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.

A: Notification of your order status and tracking number will be sent via email.
Q: How do I return an order?
A: Here at momsaidonline.com we stand behind our products, our service, and our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will implement an exchange, store credit, or refund. Email us for a required return authorization number at customerservice@momsaidonline.com. We kindly ask that you return the order in its original condition and packaging using the return information on the back of your packing slip. Returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions are under our discretion. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS for your return, or request optional package insurance if using USPS.
