WRITING...
- As your child grows, write down all those funny and adorable "Ahh moments" you swear you’ll never forget. Why? Because no matter how hard you try to lock them away in your over-crowded mommy brain, the inevitable passage of time occurs and soon you’ve forgotten!
- Take time once a week to write down three things you are grateful for in your family life.
- Create an annual tradition of writing a birthday letter describing your child's blooming personality as well as your feelings watching him/her grow. Ask their dad and grandparents to do the same. It’s easy…just remove a page, but make sure you get it back!
- Describe the first moment you saw your baby.
- What are your hopes and dreams for this little one?
- Parenting isn’t all kicks and giggles, but also frustrations. What are yours?
POCKETS...
- Store extra photos, cards, event tickets that correspond to journal entries in each section. There are three total storage pockets throughout the journal.
- If you're in a hurry, yet want to add pieces in the future, simply store items in pocket until you have time to sit down and add to your pages.
